There should always be solid base for your spa; nonetheless all our Jacuzzi Hot tubs are made with a tough plastic that sorrounds and protects the equipment.
2. What connection type is needed, 110V or 220V?
It really depends on the unit. If its a small unit it will use a 110V, bigger ones use 220V.
3. Do you offer delivery and installation?
Delivery and installation is included in the price. We only offer electrical work from the spa's circuit breaker box to the actual spa. Electrical work from the house's main breaker box to our breaker box will have to be done by certified electrician.
4. How many people can go on a Spa?
From 2 to 3 people right up to 8 to 9. It depends on the size of the spa.
Our sizes range from 76" X 66" to 94" X 94".
5. What accesories do you offer?
The cover is included in addition to all the lights, radio and small breaker box.
6. Can the spa be installed in a second floor?
Yes, it has to be authorized by the owner and certified by a structural engineer.
7. What are the payment options?
50% deposit is requiered up front. The other 50% is due on delivery and installation. We accept all mayor credit cards except American Express and Checks.
8. Do they include illumination?
All spas include illumination. We have 8 different colors to choose from.
9. Is the cascade included?
Yes, all Jacuzzi Hot tubs bring a cascade.
10. Exterior or Interior?
We can do both, but keep in mind that you will need to have the requiered space for it.
11. Is maintenance included?
We offer the best in class maintenance service for a very low price. Call or email us for additional information.
12. Does it bring any warranty?
Depending on the units, warranty ranges from 3 to 5 years on parts and labor.
13. Does it bring a water heater?
All spas offer internal water heaters.
14. Do you do the plumbing?
Spas do not requiere plumbing and can be filled through your own hose.
15. What chemicals does it use?
A starting kit that includes: chlorine, clarifier and protect plus is included in all of our spas.
